Contact and Appointments
When you contact me, I aim to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.
I can respond either by 'phoning/texting you, or by e-mail.
Please let me know which you'd prefer.
If you have any questions, or need more information at this point,
I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.
I will then offer you the option of a free, 20-30 minute initial consultation,
at a mutually convenient time.
This initial consultation will enable us to briefly discuss ways in which
I may be able to help you with whatever issues you are dealing with,
and will give you an opportunity to decide if you feel I am the right therapist/counsellor for you.
I offer counselling sessions during the working week. Appointments are
also available evenings/Saturday mornings.
Please let me know your general availability, for example, do you require an evening appointment? or are you able to
attend in the daytime? I'll do my best to schedule a suitable appointment.
Once a course of therapy/counselling has been agreed upon,
sessions are usually scheduled for one hour, once a week, at the same time each week, as this is best for the progression of your therapy.
Appointments are spaced so that you should not encounter another client.
My welcoming counselling room, provides a calming, confidential and emotionally safe space for us to work together as you begin to explore whatever is troubling you.
It's located 1.5 miles from the centre of Southport. There's plenty of parking outside, and the area is served by a number of bus routes.
For information on my fees please see my page entitled payment.
